The 6^th International Symposium on Coal-combustion

China Nov. 14-16, 2007 In order to provide a precious opportunity for scientists and engineers to exchange the experience of science and technology of coal-combustion, and to find new cooperative partners in ever-growing Chinese economic market, the national leading laboratory of coal-combustion at Huazhong University of Science and Technology proposes to hold the 6TH International Academic Symposium on Coal-combustion from December 1sst to 4th, 2007. The coal-combustion national leading laboratory has engaged in the research on advanced technologies to generate electricity via coal-combustion for a long time and established a close cooperative relationship with many corresponding universities and research institutes both at home and abroad. This symposium will mostly cover the researching content involved in all the disciplines in the field of coal-combustion science and technology. The academician in Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor Xu Xuchang from Tsinghua University, will be the president of the symposium, with Professor Xu Minghou from the national leading laboratory of coal-combustion at HUST as the vice-president. It is estimated that the total number of participants will amount to 100, among whom 50 are foreign scholars and 50 are home scholars. Your contribution and participation are warmly welcomed.
