Upon the invitations of School of Management, HUST and Sino-Germany Intellectual Property Rights Research Institute, Dr. Heinz Goddar, honorary professor of Bremen University, Germany, who used to be the chairman of Licensing Executives Society International, visited our university and was employed as the advisory professor of HUST on April. 28th.

In the afternoon, Dr. Heinz Goddar walked around the campus in high spirit with the ccompany of Professor Yuxiang, head of Sino-Germany Intellectual Property Right Research Institute. Zhang Jinlong, dean of School of Management, met him and had a cordial talk with him. Mr. Zhang said intellectual property right was one of the key disciplines in School of Management and played a crucial role in economic development. Two parts had further explored approaches to cooperation between Management School and German experts in intellectual property rights.

At 3:00 pm, the awarding ceremony was held in Building 1, presided by vice president of HUST, Liu Wei. He talked and discussed with Dr. Goddar about the cooperative prospects and gave him the award.

After the ceremony, Dr. Goddar gave two academic reports in fluent English, respectively on License Trade and its Venture Prevention and Evaluation on Innovative Technology of License Contrastive Method Based on Salary Calculation Invented by German Employees. It availed teachers and students of HUST a precious opportunity to have a direct communication with him.
