Delegation from Norway Telemark University College and Agder University College Paid a Second Visit to HUST

On March 23 rd , 2006, the delegation of 11 people from Norway Telemark University College and Agder University College paid a second visit to HUST and signed the memorandum of student exchange and academic exchange agreement with our university. During their visit, the representatives from the Norway side and professors from HUST had a symposium in terms of academic exchanges, mutual visits, exchange of students and other issues. That evening a report was given by the Norway side on the life and study in Norway as well as the introductions of the two universities in No.1 building HUST. Students from HUST participated in the report with great enthusiasm. Both universities are outstanding public universities in Norway . They employ the policy of tuition waiver throughout the study, with communication technology, environment engineering, and controlling engineering as the leading subjects. HUST overseas study and training center has been entrusted with the students' recommendation and recruitment for the two academic years' international master program.
